Park Slope Manhattanhenge

Huh? That’s right. I was in park slope, brooklyn for the event but I still snapped an interesting water tower sunset from our new apt. What is Manhattanhenge?  It’s a semiannual occurrence where sun aligns with the east–west streets of the street grid of Manhattan. You can checkout some great shots and examples on flickr here: Manhattanhenge Photos and also from twitter here: NYC Manhattanhenge.
